Understanding our refund and cancellation terms
At Workxindia, we strive to provide high-quality services to all our users. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued. Please read this policy carefully before making any payments.
Registration and job application services are provided completely FREE of charge to job seekers. Therefore, no refunds are applicable for job seeker services as no fees are collected.
Employers who have paid for recruitment services may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
Franchise registration and setup fees are non-refundable once the agreement is signed. However, under exceptional circumstances, Workxindia may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to your specific Franchise Agreement for detailed terms.
For paid training programs:
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation session has been delivered. If you cancel a scheduled consultation at least 24 hours in advance, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited using the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply.

Any disputes regarding refunds shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
