2. No Refund After Service Initiation

Once a service request has been initiated, processed, or documents have been shared with relevant authorities or third parties, no refund shall be provided.

  • GST Registration or Filing once application is submitted
  • Company / Firm / Business Registration after initiation
  • Tax filing once data processing has started

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made for the same service
  • Payment made but service not initiated within the promised timeframe
  • Service request cancelled before any processing has begun

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
  • Change of mind after payment

  • Delay caused due to non-cooperation or missing documents
